Use conditions

Podcast KPI Reporting is intended for authorized Crisp administrators performing internal company reporting.

Authorized access

Only authorize accounts and channels you are permitted to use for this reporting purpose. Protect local credentials and use company-approved permissions for the reporting computer and destination Google Sheet.

Reporting limits

Exposure figures count events, including repeated views or deliveries; they are not a count of unique people. Provider reporting dates, availability and historical corrections can affect results. The collector’s validation gates must pass before a combined KPI is published, and a retained dashboard value may be stale after a collection failure.

Ending access

You may revoke the Google connection at any time. An authorized administrator can disable the scheduled collector and remove retained local files. Existing Google Sheet values follow the company’s dashboard management procedures.
