Podcast KPI Reporting

An internal reporting utility for The Game Changing Attorney Podcast. It brings together podcast audio delivery, YouTube performance and tagged social content to help Crisp track the podcast’s overall exposure.

What the utility does

• Reads approved channel analytics and playlist membership to identify podcast videos.
• Separates YouTube advertising views from total views for those videos.
• Reads the configured Megaphone report emails through Gmail and downloads their CSV delivery totals.
• Combines validated components and updates the configured monthly audio-delivery and organic-exposure cells in an existing internal Google Sheet, including source coverage notes.
• Reads selected Sprout social-profile metrics to calculate a separate provisional engagement comparison in its configured dashboard cell.

Who can use it

The utility runs on a Crisp-managed computer for authorized company administrators. This website supplies information about the utility; it does not offer a public reporting dashboard or a sign-in portal.

Google account access

An authorized administrator grants read-only YouTube and non-monetary Analytics access for the relevant channel. Google Sheets access is authorized separately for the account that can access the internal dashboard. A separate read-only Gmail authorization is used for the mailbox receiving scheduled Megaphone reports.
